Purchasing or Refinancing an Investment home?   We offer a great variety of DSCR (Debt-Service Coverage Ratio)loans.  The primary focus of this loan is to compare the new Principle/Interest/Taxes and Insurance (PITI) payment to the current or future rent of the subject property.  These loans, in many cases, can close (deed only) in your business name!  The promissory note is still in the name of the individual but income is a non-issue!  No need to list all your properties/assets and debts!  This loan is all about the cash flow of the Subject Property (1-4 units)!

Jumbo Mortgage

Conventional loans are often not enough to cover the financing for high-priced luxury homes. A Jumbo mortgage is a privately securitized mortgage with higher payouts that can be used to finance up to 97 percent of your new home.

Reverse Mortgage

Seniors aged 62 and over are able to convert the equity in their homes to monthly income or a line of credit. Reverse Mortgages can also be used to purchase your retirement home.  If you are a loved-one are ready to be free of monthly mortgage payments, the Reverse Product is definitely a great option!  (Taxes and Insurance may still need to be paid by the borrower)

VA Loans
